Disappointment is a fact of life. How you deal with it is what shows what you're made of. In regards to the COR presidency flap, maybe God made this happen in order to show me my strengths and weaknesses, so that when/if I run again, I'll be able to do things to the best of my ability!

Amen, Billy! The definition of insanity is "Doing the same things over and over and expecting a different result every time."
:P For now, study the manifesto and statutes and the job description of the presidential seat. In six months I think you'll be ready to run again.
Before you do run though, show the group during this term that you know what you are talking about by voicing your EDUCATED opinion on issues that come up. (I need to educate myself, so know that I'm pointing my finger at myself as well when I say this.)
